Welcome to UBC Recreation’s Free Week – a week when you can try out a variety of fitness classes for free! Open to UBC Students, UBC Faculty & Staff, and the public, programs are available across several recreation facilities at UBC Vancouver’s Point Grey campus. No experience is required for any of the classes and all abilities are welcome! Please note Free Week is only available to to registered fitness classes and group fitness.
