Sororidad - A peer support group in Spanish

Dates: Every Tuesday, from September 15 – December 1 | Time: 10:30 – 12:30 pm

Sororidad is a 12-week peer support group offered in Spanish that provides a safe, supportive, and healing space for women to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Through the program, participants build emotional and body awareness, strengthen self-care practices, and gain tools, resources, and information to support healthy relationships and overall well-being.

Sororidad es un grupo de apoyo para mujeres en español. Este es un espacio confidencial y seguro para que las mujeres conecten, compartan experiencias y aprendan las unas de las otras. Durante el desarrollo del programa, las participantes explorarán qué es la conciencia emocional y corporal, fortalecerán las prácticas de cuidado personal y obtendrán herramientas, e información que apoyarán su bienestar personal, así como el desarrollo de relaciones saludables.
