Learn evidence-based strategies to manage arthritis so that you can exercise, rest and have a function-centered life. Presented in partnership with OASIS Educators from Vancouver Coastal Health. Learning Outcomes: In this class, participants will learn about the benefits of exercise, the types of exercises you can do to support your joints, and signs that you are doing too much. What's OASIS? OsteoArthritis Service Integration System (OASIS) is a Vancouver Coastal Health program developed to support people with arthritis.
