Richmond Public Library's Film Club invites you to join us for a screening of the new action movie Disclosure Day! Please note: popcorn will be served with the movie. This Film Club is for ages 18 and up About the Film: In Steven Spielberg's sci-fi thriller, cybersecurity analyst Dr. Daniel Kellner leaks classified files from Wardex, a secretive government contractor that has spent nearly eight decades suppressing evidence of extraterrestrial encounters. On the run with his girlfriend Jane, Daniel sets out to expose the truth before Wardex CEO Noah Scanlon can silence them. Meanwhile, Kansas City TV meteorologist Margaret Fairchild suddenly exhibits unusual telepathic abilities and begins speaking in alien dialect after a strange encounter. After fleeing government operatives, Margaret joins forces with Daniel and a group of whistleblowers, discovering that she and Daniel were secretly abducted as children and granted complementary powers. Together, the allies must evade relentless pursuit and pull off a high-stakes, global transmission to reveal humanity's shared connection to the cosmos.
